Hope House ( Chesterfield) Project Manager
We're looking for a practising Christian to manage this new project.
The role involves working with residents with multiple and complex needs, undertaking initial assessments, outcome based support planning, delivering 1 to 1 resident led and group sessions, setting up off site training and education provision, keeping residents engaged and motivated to achieve their aspirations, liaising with other agencies, day to day management of Hope House, staff and volunteer management.
A key remit of this post is to participate and contribute to the spirituality of residents. For this reason it is an occupational requirement that the successful applicant is a practising Christian (Equality Act 2010).
40 hours a week ( may include unsociable hours)
