Salesforce Administrator

Could you help us find a home for every child who needs one? We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our team and help ensure our database works to support the aims of the organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with the whole Home for Good team to ensure that their processes are fully served by the system. They will also deliver training, create meaningful reports from the data, and ensure the system is compliant with GDPR regulations.

This is a home-based role, so we welcome applicants from anywhere in the UK. Some travel to London and elsewhere within the UK for team days and meetings will be required (travel expenses will be paid). Main Tasks

  • Understanding Home for Good's processes and translating them into Salesforce
  • Developing Salesforce processes
  • Maintaining, supporting and troubleshooting
  • Using data to create meaningful reports
  • Ensuring our database is compliant with regulations
