We serve the UK church, Christian charity and faith-driven business sectors with marketing leading job advertising and outsourced recruitment support. These Christian organisations trust us with some of the most critical hires, and we work hard to serve and support those people hiring endeavours.
About the role:
As part of our 2021 growth strategy, we are looking to speak with experienced Christian recruitment consultants as well as faith driven individuals looking to enter into the recruitment industry.

Your colleagues hold over 30 years of collective recruitment experience within both commercial and non-profit sectors, and you will be given everything needed to be successful in your role including initial and ongoing training, a buddy development program and access to resourcing databases, CRMs, ATS and training schemes.
We start each day with prayer, and you would be expected to spiritually lead and serve your colleagues with prayer and intercession throughout the day. It is expected that you will also actively speak of and represent Christ throughout all the duties of your work. Due to this and the nature of the responsibilities associated with this opportunity, we have a genuine occupational requirement under the 2010 equality act schedule 9 that the successful appointments to these roles have an active faith in Jesus and are a practicing Christian.
Rewarding your hard work and endeavours will be a basic salary complemented by a market leading commission structure which could see you earn up to 30% of your monthly billings on a month by month basis.
We also provide 28 days holiday (inclusive of national holidays) which grows to 30 following one years service. We also include an additional day's holiday for your birthday.
We also provide a healthy pension contribution as well as early finishes on Fridays, quarterly team-building and bonding sessions and the potential for flexible and remote working.
