The Senior Health Strategy Consultant will be responsible for both establishing new and developing existing relationships within the Pharmaceutical industry.
Working within a small team you will manage the accounts of key clients and be in constant contact with high-level and influential employees of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. This means we require someone who is a natural networker, loves people, enjoys relationship building and growing connections. You will demonstrate exceptional communication, presentation and project management skills as well as the ability to manage many tasks at one time.
- Have an active and personal Christian faith leaning on the Holy Spirit for guidance.
- Have a naturally commercial mindset able to teach and educate customers on appropriate services.
- Hold experience of negotiation handling within a professional environment.
- Have experience of working either within the pharmaceutical industry or as a supplier to the pharmaceutical industry.
- Complex project management experience.
- Be able to articulately journey peers and customers through appropriate communication strategies.
- Be a naturally curious, investigative, humble and resourceful character.
Genuine Occupational Requirement
As a faith-based organisation there is a genuine occupational requirement (GOR) that the successful appointee will have an active and personal Christian faith. You will be encouraged and expected to participate within and at times lead moments of prayer with both internal teams and external parties. The Christian faith and guidance of the Holy Spirit underpins everything that the organisation stands for as well as the operations it deploys through its work; and the same would be expected of the Senior Health Strategy Consultant.
