Christians Against Poverty
The Church Engagement team has a responsibility to strategically engage with the local church across the UK, to serve and equip them in their mission to serve and include the poorest whilst confidently proclaiming Jesus, through partnership with CAP and by supporting our work financially.
This role reports to our Donor Development department whilst being embedded in our Scotland team. It is a highly collaborative role, working across both teams. We are passionate and determined to strengthen the movement of CAP supporters and churches responding to UK poverty.
The Church Network department (including the Church Engagement team) has a responsibility to strategically engage with churches across the UK, to inspire and encourage them to tackle debt, poverty and its causes through partnership with us in one of our key ministry projects.
The Network Management team has an opening for an Area Manager to cover London as part of a team of three other Area Managers. The Network Management team is responsible for managing and developing CAP’s network of centres and the staff that run those centres.

The Fundraising Operations department aims to inspire individuals and churches through engaging events, supporter appreciation, inspiring phone calls, and insightful data. We support and drive projects from the wider Fundraising and Marketing division because we are passionate that individuals give or keep on giving.
